Your Next Fertility Appointment: Everything at Hand.

Preparing for a fertility appointment often means gathering small pieces of information from different places. Bringing them together can make the day feel a little more manageable.
Start with what you already have
You don’t need a complete medical history to get organised. Begin with the documents you can find:
Previous test results and lab reports
Notes or summaries from earlier appointments
Prescriptions and recommendations
A list of medications and supplements you currently take
Keep the original files and give them clear names, ideally including the date. This makes it easier to find the right document when you need it.
Write down your questions
Questions often come to mind between appointments. Save them as they arise, even if they seem small.
You might want to ask:
What do these results mean for my situation?
What is the next step, and why?
Is there anything I should prepare before we meet again?
If your partner is joining you, make time to compare your questions beforehand.
Keep the next steps together
After the appointment, save the visit summary and write down what you discussed. Keep any recommendations, documents and follow-up dates in one place so you can return to them later.
You don’t have to organise everything at once. Saving one document or writing down one question is a useful start.
FertOS gives you a space to bring your documents, appointment notes and next steps together.
By your next appointment, everything is at hand.
